1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

Company / Platform / JO ONE: Refers to JO ONE App and its cloud systems responsible for managing, directing, and facilitating ride booking.

User / Passenger: The individual who creates an account on the application to request and book instant or scheduled rides.

Captain / Driver: The independent, legally licensed and security-cleared service provider who accepts ride requests via the Captain App.

2. User Account and Security Obligations

To use the platform and benefit from the services, passengers and captains must agree to the following:

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an independent account.
• Users agree to provide correct and accurate registration information (name and active mobile phone number).
• Users assume full responsibility for account confidentiality and all activities occurring under their account.
• Sharing accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing and payment terms are subject to the following rules:

• Ride pricing is calculated automatically based on official system algorithms, distance, and operational demand.
• The platform reserves the right to modify service rates and fares based on economic or regulatory changes.
• The passenger agrees to pay the full ride fare upon completion, either in cash or via approved payment methods (such as CliQ in Jordan).
